РОЛЬ ПАРТІЙНИХ АРХІВІВ УКРАЇНИ У ФОРМУВАННІ РАДЯНСЬКОГО МІФУ ПРО ВЕЛИКУ ВІТЧИЗНЯНУ ВІЙНУ В 60-80-Х РР. ХХ СТ. (НА ПРИКЛАДІ АРХІВНОГО ВІДДІЛУ ХЕРСОНСЬКОГО ОБКОМУ КПУ)

Мета роботи: дослідити діяльність партійних архівів КПУ в 1960-1980 роках, спрямовану на створення документальних комплексів про Другу світову війну: документів особового походження й тематичних колекцій, визначити основні засади, котрими керувалися архівні установи, проводячи відбір фондоутворювачів та документів, які, на їх думку, мали адекватно відображати події Другої світової війни, охарактеризувати напрями пошукової, археографічної та публікаторської роботи радянських архівістів, проаналізувати інформативність, повноту та достовірність утворених документальних комплексів, наслідки результатів діяльності партійних архівів для історичної пам’яті про події Другої світової війни.
Методологія дослідження. У процесі дослідження застосовувалися загальнонаукові та спеціально-історичні методи джерельної та архівної евристики, наукової критики джерел, дипломатичного, текстологічного, герменевтичного аналізу.
Наукова новизна. Вводяться до наукового обігу раніше не опубліковані документи з історії партархівів, розкриваються технології фальсифікування історії про Другу світову війну на рівні архівних установ у вказаний період.
Висновки. У ході дослідження було з’ясовано, що формування документальних колекцій здійснювалось з порушенням принципів архівної науки, що призвело до створення радянського міфу про Велику Вітчизняну війну. Проте архівісти в результаті своєї діяльності накопичили багато цікавого історичного матеріалу, який не оприлюднювався через ідеологічні засади і створює певне поле діяльності для сучасних студій з історії Другої світової війни.
